2nd: Had someone took a look to this bug? http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454082 It still happen in 6.0.0 and I think it is a dangerous one as it destroys metadata.

		<description>Shouldn&#039;t photos.db and addins be located in ~/.local/share ? splitting dotfiles and dotfolders into ~/.config/ ~/.cache/ and ~/.local/ was done so people can safely remove first two without any loose of data. As long as you keep your ~/.local/ and backup it you are safe.</description>
